Tiffanie Suzanne Perry
We celebrate the beautiful life of Tiffanie Suzanne Perry, age 23 of Austin Texas. She was returned to God on Sunday, September 5, 2010. Tiffanie was a loving, vibrant and intelligent young woman. Her infectious laugh and passion for life, as well as her unconditional love touched and inspired all who knew her. She was the leader of the first cheer squad at Running Brushy Middle School, which in their inaugural year of competition won many awards and set the traditions for the new school. Tiff was president of the National Honor Society. At Leander High School, she co-led the cheer squads, including Varsity, to many awards. Tiffanie enjoyed modeling, saying that creating pictures that evoke deep emotion or thought was her goal. Always a great student, she attended Texas State University, where she was on the Dean’s List for excellence and achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in business management. Tiffanie loved to laugh and share laughter. She never took herself too seriously but always spoke with class and professionalism. A joke, random comment regarding something that entertained her, a heart-felt or blatantly honest compliment was always in her arsenal to surprise, delight or make you think. You always knew when Tiffanie arrived and likewise, you could not sneak into a room without her announcing you. In Tiffanie’s world, everyone was welcomed with a smile. Tiffanie is survived by her Sister Becky Perry, Mother Catherine Shellman and husband Michael, her Father J. Scott Perry and wife Lisa, her Grandmother Holly Scholar and husband Art, Uncle Jeff Perry, wife Dora and cousins Stephanie, Samantha, and Luis, Aunt Jackie Sappington and husband Adam and cousins Atticus and Quinn, Grand Aunt Gloria DiFonzo and Mark, Uncle Michael DiFonzo and wife Ruthie and cousins Nakota and Danielle, Ralph G. Perry, and literally hundreds of friends will carry her in their hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be sent to Safe Place of Austin, P.O. Box 19454, Austin, TX 78760 (www.safeplace.org) in Tiffanie Perry’s honor.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the First Christian Church, 3105 R.R. 12, in San Marcos, with the Rev. Mark Miller and the Rev. Jill Sullins officiating.
Arrangements under the care and guidance of Pennington Funeral Home, 323 N. Comanche, San Marcos, TX 78666, 512-353-4311. Obituary and guestbook online at www.penningtonfuneralhome.com

September 10th, 2010 on 4:23 pmCatherine and family,
There are no words to express our profound sadness over the loss of your beautiful
“Sunshine”. Even though we work in an environment surrounded by death every day, we all went home and hugged our precious children just a little tighter in honor of Tiffanie. Life is precious and we need only look into your eyes to remind us… You Catherine, are the definition of Grace. We lift up Tiffanie to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.Your loving CTMC Hospice Care family,

September 11th, 2010 on 1:11 pmDear family and friends of Tiffanie~ Our hearts hurt so deeply for you. Tiffanie was ALWAYS a light in the room! She was welcoming and kind to our family, very friendly and thoughtful. She developed a special bond with our daughter Brittany, as she was her ‘big sister’ in Cheerleading at Leander. Tiffanie is deeply missed, and our prayer is that God comforts you, and allows you to feel HIS peace. We also pray that He blesses you with the trust that she is okay now, and that until you see her again, that He will take very good care of her. Heaven probably needed her and her humor…
Bless you today, and may your dreams and memories allow you to smile again.
Warmly, The Cox Family -

September 13th, 2010 on 12:02 amI wish Tiffanie and I had actually met, but just the few words we exchanged, I will keep in my heart forever. She was such a beautiful girl. Inside and out. Always positive, and loving. She has been on my mind since her passing, all day, everyday. I will never forget her. I pray that loved ones of Tiffanie’s are left with nothing but smiles, knowing that now, there is no worry, she is now in the safest place that all of us wish for during the toughest times.
RIP beautiful baby; you are on my mind.
